Letak Geografis Kalteng

Kalteng secara umum, Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah dengan Ibukotanya Palangka Raya terletak antara 0,45 derajat Lintang Utara, 3,30 derajat Lintang Selatan dan 111 derajat Bujur Timur. Posisi Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah berada di antara beberapa propinsi tetangga, dengan batas-batas wilayah Kalteng sebagai berikut:
• Sebelah Utara Kalteng berbatasan langsung dengan sebagian Kalimantan Barat dan sebagian Kalimantan Timur.
• Sebelah Timur Kalteng berbatasan dengan sebagian Kalimantan Timur dan Sebagian Kalimantan Selatan.
• Sebelah Selatan Propinsi Kalteng berbatasan dengan Laut Jawa.
• Sebelah Barat Kalteng berbatasan dengan Kalimantan Barat.
